Among the recording sessions from June 2025 is Antonio’s personal tribute to Neapolitan icon Pino Daniele, captured at the “Marasma” studio in Caserta, where a free improvisation flows into "Che ore so" on a guitar by Berlin luthier Michael Batell.
In June 2025, this was the first of ten new videos that were produced as part of a recording project in Caserta, Italy.

Antonio Mascolo's album "DUNE" is a collection of his original compositions, showcasing the distinctive “Mascolo” sound on classical guitar.
Featuring eight tracks, "DUNE" explores a diverse repertoire, blending elements of different genres with Mascolo’s personal interpretations and modern approach to guitar music, creating a cohesive whole.
“DUNE” is a masterful expression of guitar artistry while conveying personal stories, such as paying homage to Keith Jarrett and Ángel Romero. The album invites listeners to immerse themselves in a world of lyrical melodies, dynamic rhythms, and unique harmonies, all of which reflect Mascolo's expressive guitar style.
A quote from Ángel Romero, to whom the piece “Rasgheo” is dedicated, perfectly encapsulates the powerful sound Mascolo draws from his instrument:
“Toca la guitarra como un tigre.”
